The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessed via an elevator, is fully equipped with all the necessities for modern self catering living. It has a 28inch flat screen satellite TV which provides over 100 channels, there's fast Wireless internet and a telephone. Off the lounge area is a balcony providing open air seating for those fine days

There are two good sized double bedrooms which are supported by two bathrooms with luxury fittings. The main bedroom has a King Sized bed, bedside cabinets, consol table and easy chairs, two double glazed wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside table, easy chair and a double wardrobe. The second supporting bathroom is just outside

The luxurious bathrooms have Italian floor and wall tiles, large fitted mirrors on the walls and marble vanity units. The towel rails are heated, the showers are both Power and the units are all white. One bathroom has a bath with shower overhead at one end and the second which is the en-suite, has a shower enclosure.

Each year this accommodation is inspected by the English Tourism Council and their resultant report generates a fresh certificate. We have held 4**** in their self catering section since we first purchased this property for holiday rentals. Being a fairly new apartment building, the British standards are all current.
