All apartments are equipped with the following:
At least one television, a refrigerator, a washing machine or
washing machine/dryer, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing
board, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker,
all the necessary cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils, a set
of four towels per person, linen, hairdryer, direct dial phone
and BT Broadband connection (new), etc…
When you arrive you
will find that the apartment you have been allocated has been
serviced or in the process of being serviced
(for arrivals prior to 12.00 p.m).
The apartments are not serviced during a seven day or shorter
stay, but cleaning is available at agreed intervals and can be
arranged at minimal cost. During stays of two weeks and over, a
change of linen and towels every seven days could be arranged
with the manager at the cost of 10 per set. Let-in times are
strictly by prior arrangement and between 9AM and 8PM
on arrival day. Checkout is prior to 9AM on departure
day.
A phone/fax/answer-phone as well as 1 covered parking space
could be hired by prior arrangement. Pick-ups from London
airports are very popular ( especially after long and
tiring flights...) Please enquire.
"Well-behaved" children and teenagers are welcome... But
no pets are allowed in the apartments Sorry!
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all the apartments.
Normally, a minimum stay of seven days is required. Shorter
stays may be available by negotiation. It is essential that
you please check availability before booking... We would
hold a vacancy for you until your flights or other travel
arrangements are confirmed. |
