Elgin Crescent is a tree lined avenue of 19th Century elegant townhouses

 and the apartments are situated between Ladbroke Grove and 

Clarendon Road in the best part of Notting Hill, an area frequented by 

many famous stars of screen and television. 
Notting Hill has fast become one of London's most popular residential

 areas, abounding with restaurants, bars, shops, and the

 celebrated Portobello Market. Kensington Gardens, 

Holland and Hyde Parks are a few minutes walk away. 

The nearest underground station is Ladbroke Grove

 (Hammersmith and City Lines) or Holland Park (Central Line).

yards from the property and there are usually plenty of black 

cabs which can be flagged down in the same area. 

The building has been tastefully divided into five fully furnished,

 self contained apartments, each occupying one floor.

 The apartments overlook, to the rear of the property, 

a large secluded garden square which is available 

for residents' use only. Each centrally heated apartment

 has two twin bedded rooms, a very well-equipped kitchen, 

lounge/dining room and bathroom, along with cable television, 

telephone and video entry phone. The prices are inclusive 

of electricity, gas, constant hot water, bed linen, towels,

colour television and central heating. 

The housekeeper cleans the apartments daily,
